This comes to us from the ACLU regarding the confederate flag and confederate monuments. He has a lot right, but unfortunately he also flubs a lot, such as confusing the Second National confederate flag as an early version of the ANV’s battle flag. He also repeats a quote from Nathan Bedford Forrest I’ve yet to see referenced with a primary source. Still, I think he gets enough right that it’s worthwhile.
