The panelists are Brian Mitchell, Director of the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum Research and Lincoln Collection, Professor Michael Green of UNLV, and Professor James Oakes of the City University of New York, with Professor Edna Greene Medford of Howard University moderating.
