Book Discussion on The Law of the Land

This is law professor Akhil Reed Amar, one of the top constitutional experts in the country today.  His comments on Lincoln and the unconstitutionality of unilateral secession are enlightening.

    i’m sure our Confederate Heritage friends would not like him saying “Lincoln is his hero and Lincoln should be everyone’s too.” I’m confused to why anyone would not be sympathetic to Lincoln in the first place…
